The son of hoteliers and food lovers, Juan Carlos García grew up in the restaurant he runs today. His parents opened Vandelvira Restaurante in 1991 and in 2022 he brought it back to life. Graduated in Culinary Arts and Gastronomic Sciences in the first class of the Basque Culinary Center.
