Born in Malpica de Bergantiños, he was always linked to the sea, his barnacle grandfather transmitted the wisdom of the sea to him and from a very young age he dedicated himself to extractive fishing for barnacles, seaweed, razor clams, and sea urchins as a diver. In 2020 he decided to open a grill restaurant with his partner and by fate of life he ended up in the kitchen.
