What is the Hosted Program and who can participate?

This is an exclusive program for executives and buyers who wish to request travel and accommodation coverage to attend AUTÉNTICA.

 

The Program is aimed at high-value professional profiles from international companies. Its objective is to guarantee the attendance of these professionals to AUTÉNTICA so that they can build business opportunities with the companies and institutions present at the event.
  • Travel by plane or train in tourist class (with origin: Spain or any European country and destination to the city of Seville) between September 15 and 16, 2024.
  • 1 or 2 nights in a 4* Hotel (booked by the organization) on bed and breakfast basis between September 16 and 17, 2024.
  • Premium VIP Pass including:
    • Access to the exhibition area
    • Access to all congress conferences
    • Access to VIP Lounge
  • Networking activities
    • Welcome Party, Sunday September 15
    • Leadership Summit, Monday, September 16
    • Closing Cocktail, Tuesday, September 17
  • Agenda B2B meetings with participating exhibiting companies

 

Deadline to enroll in the Hosted Program?
You can register as a participant in the Hosted Program until September 2, 2024 at 23:59:00. After the indicated deadline, the organization cannot guarantee travel and accommodation coverage.

How to sign up?

Online registration: To be considered for the program, you must register using the form on the website. You will receive an email from the Autentica press team if you have been accepted.

Confirmation: Once you have been accepted and received your AUTÉNTICA pass, you will be asked to confirm the networking activities to which you have been invited.

Travel and accommodation arrangements: After receiving your confirmation, our travel agency Bestours will send you your transportation tickets and hotel reservation.

General Terms and Conditions

  • The Hosted Program is an action plan strictly reserved for C-level executives and buyers from international companies whose mission is to come to AUTÉNTICA to meet potential partners, close business opportunities and establish commercial links.
  • Transportation only by train or plane in economy class and only within Europe.
  • The train or plane ticket includes one cabin bag.
  • Transfers from the airport/train station to the hotel and per diem are NOT included, nor are hotel extras (minibar or other services).
  • The organization reserves the right to choose the airline, train company or hotel. The organization will try to book the flight or train that best suits your schedule preferences.
  • Once the transportation ticket and hotel room have been booked and confirmed, only one change to your travel plan will be accepted. Any additional charges for changes or cancellations will be at your expense.
  • The organization only works with our selected list of hotels. Changes to other accommodations will not be accepted.
  • All Hosted Program participants are encouraged to participate in the Brokerage Event (organized by Andalucia Trade) for B2B meetings with exhibiting companies.
  • The printed pass is mandatory for access to the event and networking activities.
  • The selection of the Hosted Program is determined according to the participation criteria indicated by the organization.
